Delivery didn't take long and managed to get demonstration and set up of the mini app for us to drive away in good time and enjoy the drive

Dennis took us through the ordering and process. He was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions, kept us informed of timelines and advised what we needed to do. Even changed the registration because I wasn't happy with it.

As above, whilst there was a delay in the vehicle I was kept fully informed as to the status.

Again, your system failed.It offered a car which we agreed to order and thought we had ordered but eventually couldn't be supplied.We were forced to buy a more expensive vehicle or wait until August. We'd sold our car so a 5 month wait was not on.

They couldn't have done better. From the friendly receptionist to the helpful service guy (Omer), nothing was too much trouble. They even provided me with a courtesy car, cleaned the car afterwards and removed the warning lights about servicing/oil.

Video ofthe jobcould have been alot better asthe engineer didn't video the brake pads that was changed justvideod thetyre depth and quick glance of the underside and a glimpse ofthe chassis brass.hedidnt seamtoknow were brake pads are located .

I noticed that a letter had come off during time in workshop and was placed in the car. I noticed when I got in the car and went back in which the gentleman took this into workshops and sorted. The gift from mini was a lovely touch too for the recal
