Overall the process was okay, it was much easier in 2004 when I bought my first car as I had a better rapport with the sales advisor. The sales advisor was good, but I think you really want great!

I was extremely offended by the way I was treated- my car is old but like any car where there are repairs required I expect that they are undertaken or discuss an alternative garage. I have paid for the repairs but disappointed in how I was treated.

Took my car for service and MOT 2 weeks ago. After 8 hours and approving oil and brake fluid changes, my car was only done MOT. Had to take it again (today), loosing half day for the service to be completed.

I found the people who handled my case quite off-hand and unfriendly. I also felt that they couldn't be bothered to see if they could help to resolve my problem and just gave me standard responses so I came away feeling that i was not valued at all
