All the team were immediately welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed pushy or forced which I have definitely experienced in the past in other dealerships. I advised I am on the motobility scheme and that did not change anyone's attitude.

I was left without a car for nearly a month. I paid over £25,000 for a mini only just over a year ago. It had only done 17,000 miles and I believe the fault was caused when your garage fitted a new heater last July.

It was all a very smooth and good experience. Harry Watson was very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the process. The car is great. It would be good to have the Guardex done before picking up the car, to save the time of coming back in.
