18/4 Car ready in another location. with collection 02/5 28/4 Car not yet fully built with 3-4 week wait - needed by 2/5 I was going to cxl it unless could make it right. Got a loan car until mine was ready and I love my MINI

Toni the engineer contacted me to share some information of service status with a video which was reassuring. After receiving a phone call for ready for collection, I had to wait for an hour or so until the car was ready from cleaning.

I went to ask the person who had been asked to arrange my courtesy car the person shrugged and said he wasn't dealing with it no assistance was offered. I went back to reception staff who were great and arranged someone else to help who was v helpful
