Jeff, (and what I saw of the other staff) is a credit to your brand. I felt like I was speaking to a Mini expert & enthusiast rather than a salesman, and there's a big difference. The wraparound customer service is/was exemplary

Very friendly very welcoming and was made to feel at ease from the start. Joshua was great from the beginning to end of my transaction and I would feel happy going back if I had a problem with anything.

1. Was told twice to book in service . 2. Car booked in and told them motability car and need back by 2pm 3. Car in at 8.40am . Advised at 9am service not due and MOT only to be carried out ( due end of Sept !) More to story .. But can't add more
