Jeff was fantastic. He kept me updated continuously even when there was a delay from Mini. His knowledge of the car was excellent and I spent quite a while with him when I picked the car up going through all the functions. Very good experience.

I was very pleased with the customer service. My service adviser Kerry, who has helped me before, is very knowledgeable and friendly. The service ended up being cheaper than expected. The boot floor cover was not replaced after the MOT-only issue.

The service and brake pad replacement took much longer than anticipated, but the lounge was clean and the manager (Kerry Sullivan) was competent and kind. The rest of the team seemed a bit unfriendly; maybe because I was from London.

My car was 5 days in the service centre before it was even looked at. I was told this was due to service centres being closed down and lack of diagnostic personnel. My expectations should have been managed prior to booking in.

In spite of being 'in the middle of nowhere' I had somewhere to sit and work whilst I waited for the MOT and service to be carried out. It was all done within three and a half hours so not too bad. (But I'll bring some biscuits next time!)

Was booked for Service & MOT. They only managed to do the service and took them 4 hours while I was waiting. Once they gave me my car back the driver seat had a stain on it. So they had to take it back and clean it

The receptionist at Chester road was wonderful her colleague handling my at was not so customer conscious. Kept waiting for some 20 minutes without apology or reason and items I had requested remedy had not.

Left my Countryman to Group 1 MINI for service and hours later received message with a quote telling me that front tyres had to be replaced. Assuming they should be of matching grade but finally the replaced tyres were at least 1 grade lower.

I haven't yet picked up my mini, as waiting on some parts, which is why I'd also not done the survey until chased. I've can't say how the work is as haven't got car back. It's taking quite a long time to get quotes for parts, and hard to contact you.

You forgot to do an MOT which is why I organised that particular date. This has never happened at Kentish Town . Also I was told I had some amber issues with car but no one told me this when I picked up car and was informed all was good.

Not Good !!!! Collected my car from a service (20th) .Drove home ,parked and didn't use the car until the following day (22nd) at which point the oil warning light came on .Had to call out BMW Assist who confirmed the lack of oil .Case No 09522048.
