New mini was sent in for electrical problem in drivers door. While repairinng the door was damaged and so kept for repair for 3 days. Each day the comms was poor and not informed until late in the day of any update. Door still not fixed btw

It was a mixed bag. Communication was poor. I spent a lot of time chasing the service advisor for information. When I collected the car, there were oily finger marks all over the light grey leather drivers seat. On the plus side, the staff were nice.
