Checking in was helpful but nothing was explained to me so I was just left waiting in reception with no communication for about an hour. The lady in service (Kelly? Kerry?) didn't have a great or helpful attitude under pressure. It's put me off.

Very friendly very welcoming and was made to feel at ease from the start. Joshua was great from the beginning to end of my transaction and I would feel happy going back if I had a problem with anything.
