Everything was very easy, the team at mini borehamwood are all great and I was kept informed along the way. I received my car 2 weeks earlier than expected, the handover was very detailed and I received a prompt follow-up call the next day.

I was offered a cup of tea or coffee and was dealt with politely. However one of the service agents questioned my service plan, advising I did not have enough credit on my service plan, this was said in an open office which caused embarrassment.

I made a specific appointment to have my mini internet reset.I was told it would take an hour.it took more than 2 hours which was disappointing..also the mechanic told me I would need to drive the car for a few hundred miles before my Apple car play

I sent an email to Kerry Sullivan and have yet to receive a reply. I was also contacted for a telephone survey and I gave my feedback which required a return call. I could elaborate on the issue bit don't have enough room left.
