My appointment was 10.30 last Monday. My car was taken at 11.00 by a technicion. At 12.20 I was called to pay my bill to be told that there were no filters in stock and that I wouild have to return. Why was my appointment not cancelled!!!!!!

I haven't yet picked up my mini, as waiting on some parts, which is why I'd also not done the survey until chased. I've can't say how the work is as haven't got car back. It's taking quite a long time to get quotes for parts, and hard to contact you.

You forgot to do an MOT which is why I organised that particular date. This has never happened at Kentish Town . Also I was told I had some amber issues with car but no one told me this when I picked up car and was informed all was good.

Not Good !!!! Collected my car from a service (20th) .Drove home ,parked and didn't use the car until the following day (22nd) at which point the oil warning light came on .Had to call out BMW Assist who confirmed the lack of oil .Case No 09522048.

Just disappointed that a simple part (a filter) was not available and so we need to bring it back to get it fitted. On an electric car, there are only about 3 things to check/change so should have been known in advance.
