i went to MiNI because i wanted a full service. i thought it best to stick with manufacturer. my local garage would have been far more convinient, and would have provided tyres that were a fraction of the price. i feel i was ripped off

Incredibly poor service. I asked for a quote for my break pads to be replaced and for fixing the stuck back door. Was called 2 days later to say work had been completed but no quote had been given for 2 additional jobs. Car not cleaned either.

My car was booked in many weeks ago for a software repair and a recall for the front passenger seat-belt. Yet on the day the seat-belt was out of stock. I thus had the inconvenience of having to book the car in for another day.

My contact was Kerry Sullivan and she was 10/10, brilliant. Kept me informed and very good interpersonal skills. Gave only 4/5 because on the service side I had 4 new tyres but had a tyre pressure warning as I drove away, so that hadn't been checked.

Arrived for my 08.00hrs appointment and within seconds handed over to the Sales Person. Covered what was required, MOT and Brake Pads. Within 2 hrs the car was ready for departure. So helpful and nice, the Lady Sales person was so helpful .

New mini was sent in for electrical problem in drivers door. While repairinng the door was damaged and so kept for repair for 3 days. Each day the comms was poor and not informed until late in the day of any update. Door still not fixed btw
